Jesse Benton on Alex Jones: Ron Paul campaign has $9 Million in the bank

Posted by Brian Bailey on January 16, 2008

I did not listen to this myself but those who heard it relayed the information.  A lot of people are freaking out over this and so while I do not have any special inside information I would still like to reassure everyone.

Advertisements are paid for in advance.  We do not have the money in the bank anymore.  That does not mean that it fell into a black hole of financial doom.

If the money was not spent in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Michigan and it’s also not in the bank then we can readily deduce that it has wisely been spent in upcoming states.

We have to keep working hard or the campaign’s advertising plans will be worth nothing.

(There are 5 other Republican candidates who would give anything to have $9 Million in the bank.)
